Missions Strategy

Jesus told us in Matthew 28, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” The Four Cs is how we accomplish this commission. Below is a brief explanation of the Four Cs and a some of our projects this year for each.


Believing that Christ through His Church is the hope of a dying world, Bent Tree will spread the Gospel, make disciples, develop leaders, and plant life-giving, grace-based churches here and around the world.

Globally: INDIA
Continue to build relationships with our brothers and sisters in Pune, India and come alongside them by sharing resources and interactive training.

Locally: DALLAS
Arabic Church of Dallas - Come alongside Bent Tree Missionary Jalil Dawood and the Arabic Church of Dallas in their annual outreach to the Arab community at their weekend retreat.


Believing that the Church must reach an increasingly urban population, Bent Tree will mobilize missionally into six local communities in the Metroplex, as well as our nation, and internationally to see cities transformed by the power of the Gospel.

Globally: LONDON
Bent Tree and Telling the Truth is looking to help facilitate a Mission Journey team to London, in partnership with their broadcast partner Premier Media Group, to help churches prepare for the 2012 Summer Olympics.


Believing that the Church moves with Christ’s compassion, Bent Tree will respond to natural or humanitarian crises by mobilizing human, material, and financial resources offering timely relief and development through trusted organizations.

Globally: HAITI
Bent Tree will be partnering with Kids Alive International as they provide Christian care for orphaned children and people still suffering from the effects of the earthquake that struck Haiti in January of 2010.


Believing that the Church reaches the most vulnerable, Bent Tree will intervene on behalf of children at risk by responding to their basic physical needs (food, clothing, shelter, etc.) and offering hope and salvation in Christ’s love.

Globally: UGANDA
Bent Tree will partner with Village of Hope as they minister to orphans in post war Northern Uganda. We will help and equip Bent Tree supported missionary Cindy Cunningham come alongside the teachers, house moms, and the children living at the village.
